Blackboard Paint: Create your own writable surface with this easy-to-use, low-VOC blackboard paint. It dries to a durable, flat black finish—perfect for creating blackboards at home, in classrooms, cafés or workspaces.
IDEAL FOR USE ON: Wood, metal, concrete, plaster, glass, masonry, drywall, unglazed ceramic, and hardboard.

PREP & APPLICATION:
Preparation is key! Make sure your surface is clean, dry and dust-free. For new surfaces, apply 1 coat of undercoat first. For recoating an old blackboard, clean thoroughly and apply directly.
Apply 2 even coats with a quality brush or roller.
Touch dry in approx. 1 hour, recoat after 2 hours.
Coverage approx. 10–12 sqm per litre per coat.
Water clean-up.
Flat finish in Black only.
IMPORTANT:
Once dry, condition the surface before first use:

Wait 48 hours

Rub chalk all over using the side of the chalk

Wipe clean with a soft cloth – now it’s ready!
