How to Paint a Deck with TIMBERMAX
1. Surface Preparation
Remove flaking paint, dirt, moss, and mould with PREPMAX Timber Clean & Prep.
Avoid high-pressure water blasting, as it can damage timber fibres.
If the timber is weathered or porous, apply one thinned coat (10% water) of TIMBERMAX as a primer.
2. Application Tips
Stir well before use.
Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray.
Use two full-finish coats for the best protection and durability.
Mix multiple containers together for consistent colour.
Apply on a dry day when temperatures are between 5°C and 25°C, and avoid rain within 4 hours.
3. Drying & Recoating
Touch dry: 30 minutes
